ONLINE STUDIO

I am delighted to offer an ONLINE STUDIO delivering high quality somatic classes in order to help you cultivate health, consciousness and joy wherever you are, whenever you want.  


These classes by no means intend to replace the magic and ritualistic experience of the in person studio. Yet, in a society that tends to become more nomadic, they aim at allowing everyone to own and sustain their practice no matter the context, to then go back to the studio. 

 

Classes are currently taught by myself, soon joined by some outstanding teaching artists in Yoga, Pilates, BSS*, FRC** and dance/movement. 

 

Class duration goes between 5 minutes and 1h30+, individual follow ups are available on a complimentary basis, new content is added regularly and unlimited access is granted to the subscribers' community.

In the path of the Change Perspective Method developed by Mathieu Boldron combined with my own yogic practice and dance/movement experience, this class will guide you through a well-built series of asanas that will help you transform your physical practice and being with increased strength, balance and flexibility.

In addition to the physical work, significant time will be dedicated to subtler dimensions of being with pranayama (breathing work) and meditation sessions in order for you to keep developing your roots, clarity and consciousness on a daily basis.

BSS

Breathing Stretching Strengthening is a somatic method I have been developing and teaching since 2016. Based on my personal practice, BSS uses movement, somatic techniques (yoga & pilates), breathing as well as imagination in order to help people from any background to feel better in their mind and body.
